  • There are nutrition bars geared for specific needs. Whether for a snack or meal replacement, low carbohydrate or high protein, there are nutrition bars to fit your needs
  • Avoid nutrition bars with lots of sugar. However, sugar alcohols are fine since these are considered good carbs
  • Nutrition bars should include fiber. However, hydrogenated fat is a no-no
  • Read labels! The best nutrition bar should include at least 10 to 30 percent of your daily required vitamins and minerals
