Customer Service
Our goal is to provide the best online purchasing experience possible which is why we take such pride in providing the best customer service. We reply to all e-mails promptly and can be reached by phone at 866-410-5106 Monday through Friday 9am-5pm ET. We are closed weekends and holidays.
Shipping Information
Tired of being deceived by shipping costs from other online nutrition stores? Condition Nutrition charges you the actual shipping rate so you always know the true shipping charge. Charges are determined by the weight and distance of the shipment. Ultimately the shipping calculator is an estimate and we reserve the right to request additional shipping funds or a change in shipping method. Most customers will receive their package(s) within 1 to 7 days from when the order ships. Orders received by 2pm EST on any business day will be shipped the same day. After completing your order you will be e-mailed an invoice and of your order.
All orders are shipped Fedex or USPS and are shipped ground unless expedited service is selected at additional cost. All Fedex orders can be tracked at fedex.com and USPS can be tracked at usps.com.
We do send packages to APO/FPO but as they are considered domestic (USA) shipments they must be shipped via USPS. Simply fill out the address information by entering APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state and choose USPS shipping at checkout. APO/AFO orders usually arrive in 4-12 days depending on location. Condition Nutrition, Inc. cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, lost or damaged products, or delayed shipment.
Please contact us by phone regarding any international orders. All payments on International orders will be in the form of International Wire Transfers, Paypal, or Google Checkout. Shipping will not occur until transfer of funds posts.
Back-order Policy
While we are rarely out of stock on any product we sell, periodically products are back-ordered by the manufacturer due to their popularity. In these cases we will notify you immediately and do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We also try to do whatever is necessary to keep you, the customer, satisfied.
Returns/Refunds
Since we are wholesalers and not manufacturers we cannot accept returns on any opened products. Any problems or concerns regarding any product sold on this site should be directed to the manufacturer. We accept returns on all unopened purchases within 30 days and will refund your credit card for the full value less shipping costs. There are NO RESTOCKING FEES but you are responsible for the costs of shipment for undamaged product. Please contact us via email or by phone at 866-410-5106 during our weekday office hours (9am-5pm) for any returns. All products on blowout special will not be refunded.
Damages/Shortages
Every order is thoroughly and repeatedly checked for accuracy, but in the rare case a shortage or error occurs it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Damages incurred from the shipping company must be reported to us within 24 hours as well so we can notify them in time to resolve any disputes and issue a refund. We are not responsible for melted or damaged bars that are shipped during the hot summer months.
Tax
No sales tax is ever charged on any drinks or supplements. With the exception of Florida residents, all accessories are tax free as well.
